Geoff Steele

Geoff has been working as a consultant for 10 years helping organisations make the changes they require and supporting managers and leaders to develop and remain effective in an ever changing world. Prior to that he worked in the finance sector in senior Operations and H.R roles.
He is a supporter and challenger, assisting managers to improve performance and achieve personal goals.

Geoff is experienced in a full range of development techniques and understands the internal challenges managers are faced with from first-hand experience.

He is a member of the CIPD and associate of the CIB and is accredited in a variety of development techniques.

Liz Staniforth

Liz Staniforth

Liz has been working in the field of developing people since the late 1980's both as an internal and external consultant. She has worked predominantly in the energy and financial sectors.

She has in-depth experience of diagnosing development needs, designing and delivering appropriate and timely interventions and evaluating their success. Liz works at all levels of seniority in management development, change management, facilitation and coaching.

Liz is a member of the CIPD, she is qualified in a range of occupational and personality tests including Myers-Briggs and is also an accredited NLP practitioner.

Ian Palfreyman

Ian Palfreyman

Ian has been working in Management Development since 1990. He is skilled and experienced in programme design and delivery with particular interest in facilitation of groups through action learning, behavioural and performance coaching and management development programmes.

Ian's background is in the energy and financial sectors. He specialises in:

  • accredited management competency programmes
  • cross-cultural team development programmes
  • coaching
  • leadership development

Ian is a qualified master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming; has an MSc in Management Development where he focused on Career Management and is licensed to use a number of personality preference instruments including MBTI and SDI.

Nigel Lower

Nigel Lower

Nigel has experience in operational and development roles across a range of private and public sector organisations. Nigel has specialised in organisational and leadership development for the last 15 years and was Head of Learning & Development for Nestlé UK.

Nigel is an enabler of change at individual, team and organisational levels. He specifically focuses on:

  • coaching (1:1 and developing the skills in others)
  • facilitation
  • leadership development
  • culture development

He is a CIPD member, holds an MSc in Human Resource Development, is qualified in a range of personality instruments and is an accredited NLP practitioner.

John Langford

John Langford

John has a mixed background of public and private sector experience and his key field is supporting behavioural change with individuals and organisations to meet current and future needs.

John specialises in:

  • Mentoring/Behavioural Coaching
  • Organisation Focussing
  • Team development
  • 360 design and feedback.

John is currently working with senior teams in local government and the private sector as well as facilitating strategic leadership programmes to deliver change.

John uses counselling, group dynamics, Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Myers Briggs and SDI.

Patsy Darragh

Patsy Darragh

Patsy has worked in HR Leadership roles for both the airline and financial sectors, leading large scale change programmes specialising in organisational effectiveness, leadership development, change management and team effectiveness.

As a consultant she specialises in aligning organisational and individual change across organisations in the financial, pharmaceutical, retail, property services and Civil Service sectors.

Patsy is a member of the CIPD, holds an MSc in Organisation and People Development and is accredited in a variety of team development interventions as well as programme management.

Phill Allcock

Phill Allcock

Phil has many years experience as a developer of people. He describes his goal as being "helping people get better at what they do".

In particular, Phil

  • facilitates events for senior teams which explore how they can best work together to provide leadership
  • designs performance management systems that enable individuals to understand the contribution their organisation needs from them
  • facilitates learning that enables individuals to understand how to make that contribution, and to become more skilful at doing so.

As a developer, Phil has contributed to organisations in the financial services, construction, energy, charity, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, brewing and consultancy sectors.

Phil is a member of the CIPD, has an MSc in Organisation and People Development and is currently writing up his PhD, via Action Learning, which is focused on the support of individual learning.
