Level 3-5 Qualifications in Leadership and Management

We have been an approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management for over 5 years now. In that time we have delivered qualification programmes to a range of clients who have had the benefit form tailored robust programmes that balance the same pragmatic outcomes we pride ourselves with and an academic rigour that individuals strive for.

Organisational

Development

We have successfully worked with clients to define and implement new working cultures. Specifically running focus groups across organisational levels to identify the good, the bad and the ugly! Working with the data we have designed Values and Behaviours for organisations to tgether with engagement surveys and 360 degree processes to monitor and celebrate the successes of progress towards the desired culture.
