The core Unicus team is made up of three founding members who have built a reputation for client focused long term partnerships with individuals and client organisations. With over 20 years of working together a unique deep and trusting relationship exists between them. Clients have come from across multiple market sectors including the private, public and third sector organisations. We have also experience of working across cultures and continents in Europe, The America's and Asia.
We also have a wide group of trusted associated we call upon from time to time to help with specialist knowledge or an extra pair of hands.
GEOFF STEELE
Geoff has a professional background that represents a game of two halves. Having spent 20 years in the banking sector before moving to HR and development. Geoff brings the rare quality of being supportive and challenging in equal measure and the skill of delivering both.
Geoff has grey hair as a life long Newcastle United supporter and is a keen follower of cricket.
When not working and watching sport he can be found with his wife and a bottle of good wine at a fine restaurant!
IAN PALFREYMAN
Ian has been working in leadership and development since 1993. He is a skilled and experienced consultant and facilitator. Delivering real change to individuals and organisations. He has passion for developing organisational culture and capability through long term partnering with clients.
Ian manages to balance the variety of his work and love of his home life and family.
A keen traveller, outdoor enthusiast and grower of home veg.
He brings his whole life exepriences to his professional life and engages individuals and groups at a personal level.
JENNY McEVOY
Jenny has a vast experience of how businesses work having spent her professional life in corporate roles helping to change and re-engineer processes and cultures to improve performance.
A keen artist, interior designer and lover of architecture she is always looking to create something new.
In her spare time yoga,volunteering in the community and hotel chocolat take equal importance!
